Usługa obejmuje pełną obsługę obcokrajowca w procesie uzyskania potwierdzenia tożsamości wymaganego przy podpisie SImplySign, w tym:

• pomoc przy wypełnianiu wniosku,
• umówienie wizyty z Opiekunem Certum,
• zdalną wideoweryfikację tożsamości w systemie IDnow (wyłącznie w języku angielskim).

Po rejestracji konta w panelu Certum klient wypełnia wniosek online, a następnie przeprowadza wideoweryfikację z operatorem IDnow. Proces można zrealizować na komputerze, smartfonie lub tablecie.

Wymagania:

• stabilne łącze internetowe, kamera i mikrofon,
• ważny dokument tożsamości (zgodny z danymi we wniosku),
• adres e-mail i numer telefonu,
• samodzielny udział klienta (bez osób trzecich).

Ważne informacje:

• Terminy wideoweryfikacji są rezerwowane po opłaceniu zamówienia.
• Partner wspiera klienta na każdym etapie oraz reprezentuje go przed Certum.
• Usługa potwierdzenia tożsamości jest realizowana w dni robocze (od poniedziałku do piątku) w godzinach 8-16.

The service includes full support for foreign clients in the process of obtaining identity confirmation required for the SimplySign electronic signature, including:

• assistance with completing the application form,
• scheduling an appointment with a Certum Supervisor,
• remote video identity verification via IDnow (available only in English).

After registering an account in the Certum panel, the client completes the application form online and then undergoes video verification with an IDnow operator. The process can be carried out on a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Requirements:

• stable internet connection, camera, and microphone,
• valid identity document (matching the data in the application),
• email address and phone number,
• independent participation (no third-party involvement).

Important information:

• Video verification appointments are booked after the order is paid.
• The partner supports the client at every stage and represents them before Certum.
• The identity confirmation service is available on business days (Monday to Friday) between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
